简介: 「结果战争没有消失，但是有了变化，在人类默默进行无聊的彼此杀戮之中产生变化。」超大型武器OBJECT，它的出现改变战争的一切。这种新武器一出现，立刻改写过去的战争常识。甚至有人表示如果手上有大量兵力，与其命令他们直接上战场厮杀，不如用来整备最强的OBJECT，让投入战场比较有意义。战车、战斗机这些过去战场上的主角，全都被当成"旧世代武器"。至于普通的机枪、炮弹、飞弹等等，简直和玩具枪没什么两样。派遣来到战场留学的学生库温瑟，在整备基地与OBJECT操纵者的少女米琳达相遇，一起与伙伴贺维亚一同以士兵的身份对抗超大型兵器OBJECT。
