简介: 这是一个流传在北方民间的一段笑话故事，作者用幽默的想象，绝大的讽刺，辛辣地来嘲笑社会上一种粗心大意的人们。《胖嫂回娘家》讲述了粗心的胖嫂接到妈妈一封信，刚看了开头一句话：“妈妈生了重病……”就焦急万分，抱起孩子连夜赶回娘家去。夜路难走，胖嫂又心慌意乱，走到冬瓜地里跌了一跤，怀里的孩子也摔了出去，她在冬瓜地里摸了好久总算找到了，急忙用斗篷一裹，抱起就走。回到娘家，见妈妈身体很好，两人都感到有点奇怪。胖嫂把信打开再仔细一看，原来后面还写着：“已经好了，不用挂念。”妈妈拿出一顶特地为外孙做的小帽子，叫胖嫂给孩子戴上。胖嫂打开斗篷，发现孩子变成了一个大冬瓜。
