简介: 民以食为天，对中国人而言，吃是生活中的一件大事，一部讲述美食的纪录片，天然就能拥有巨大的观众群。而《新疆味道》就是以新疆独特的人文、地理环境、历史为基础，形成了鲜明、粗犷、豪放的饮食特征，在这片广袤的土地上，有高山、河谷、盆地、沙漠、戈壁，地形复杂多样，也正是因为这些独特的条件，为新疆的饮食文化奠定了雄厚的物质基础。国内专业美食栏目拍摄团队，行走两万多公里，深入南北疆200多天，采访对象上千人，拍摄十多个民族近八十种美食，是新疆首部大型美食纪录片。
