简介: 19岁的张甜甜是宁夏一家民营养老院的介护，因为在奶奶去世前未能照料奶奶，带着一份遗憾，她在毕业后选择进入养老行业。家人对工作的反对和在养老院日复一日、枯燥而辛苦的工作，让这个不到20岁的年轻女孩也怀疑过，在这样的年龄选择一辈子做养老这项工作究竟是对是错。可每当有老人去世或是搬离养老院时，她也会感到难过。长久的相处已经让她和这些老人缔结下深厚的感情。因为工作调动，甜甜即将前往一个新的养老院工作。离别在即，老人们都用自己的方式表达不舍……
