简介: 该剧以一个徽厨跌宕起伏的人生传奇故事，展示了近代徽商和徽文化的厚重历史。邵文清原为晚清一官宦世家的公子，因突遭家庭变故，为生活所迫只得来到一家酒楼当了一名小伙计，开始了他的传奇人生。他亲历过辛亥革命、北伐战争、土地革命战争、抗日战争和解放战争等重大社会变革，经历了学艺时的种种磨难和同伴的排挤，创业时的曲折艰辛和内讧，事业发展时的日本人和汉奸的迫害，以及家庭内部的冲突和感情危机等等种种人生曲折和艰难，终以“忍辱负重，百折不挠”的“徽骆驼”精神，造就了徽菜的辉煌，成为徽馆业的领军人物。在新中国成立的庆祝活动中，邵文清作为徽菜系的代表，同全国其他几大菜系代表一起受邀进京献艺。
