简介: 许文强，热血爱国，因参予学生运动而被捕下狱。出狱后，转而追求名利，立志出人头地。一次许文强因巧合被卷入一黑帮火并，后被头目邀请加入，也因此结识了在贫民区长大的丁力。两人结成好友，并同在黑道中闯出名堂。之后又因缘际会，认识了叱咤上海黑白两道的冯敬尧之女冯程程。后加盟冯敬尧的集团，成为黑道中炙手可热的人物。另一方面，冯程程对许文强一见倾心，但许文强恐负累佳人，虽深爱却未表露。双方的保留，不只令两人遗憾终身，同时更引出二人与丁力之间的一段错综复杂而又刻骨铭心的三角恋情。
