简介: 1945年，侵华日军投降前，将掠夺的800块金砖藏匿于金牛坨大山中，并屠杀了所有知情的中国劳工，只有田有侥幸生存了下来。运动中田有被诬陷为叛徒，开除党籍并被关进了监狱。后无罪释放，被安排到国营金矿做工。改革开放后，国家放宽政策，鼓励民众淘金，从金矿退休的田有，带领家人和雇工准备大干一场。田有和孩子们在淘金过程中，尝尽了各种艰辛，也经历了亲情、爱情恩怨的考验。最终，田有不仅采到淘金人千载难逢的纯金条，还在废巷道里找到了为洗清儿子罪名而走失多年，已经变成白毛人的父亲，并发现了当年日本鬼子藏匿的金砖。双手沾满中国人民鲜血的日本兵的后代回来认罪，跪在了埋有中国劳工尸骨的大山和雄伟的长城面前。
