简介: 以德叔为首的犯罪盗窃团伙，经过精心策划偷取了民间收藏家许志云在展览馆展出的元青花人物纹碗，欲在黑市脱手时发现此碗是赝品，买家小上海借机提出凑齐一对碗才能交易。身为保安的傻根在展览馆被盗当天发现受伤的小尾巴并将其收留在家，无意间发现其书包内有一只古董碗。警探李永年在调查过程中发现鸳鸯大盗王薄、王丽也有作案的嫌疑，女警刘小渔在卧底时成功接近了德叔的儿子并获取了相关的案情信息。第二只元青花人物纹碗的所在地成了警察、德叔、王薄、王丽三队人较量的战场。正在案情明朗化时，众人得知第一只碗的真品就在小尾巴手中，而他的老板正是小上海。李永年带领警队在火车上与不法分子经过激烈的搏斗，最终将盗窃团伙一网打尽，傻根经历了这次事件带着攒下的六万元回老家了，他相信只有通过公安干警的严格执法，世间才能“天下无贼”。
