简介: 善良正直的少年沉香与父亲刘彦昌一同生活在大山里，某日他被坏孩子辱骂是“没有妈妈的孩子”。沉香倍感伤心，于是向父亲追问母亲的下落。刘彦昌思索再三，向儿子讲述了当年的故事。原来，当年刘与仙女三圣公主相恋，结果惹来二郎神杨戬的忌恨，最终将自己的亲妹妹三圣公主压在莲花峰下。　　得知一切的沉香决定寻找母亲，路上他遇见朝霞姑姑，进一步得知狠心舅舅杨戬陷害他们父子的始末。可是他年龄如此小，又无任何本领，如何与法术高强、阴险狡诈的杨戬抗衡？在朝霞姑姑的指引下，他拜在霹雳大仙的门下。为了救出困在莲花峰的母亲，沉香展开了艰苦的修行……
