简介: 明朝嘉靖年间，日本倭寇在我东南沿海边境掳掠，荼毒生灵。嘉靖皇帝屡派军队围剿，剿倭之战屡次失败。严嵩暗中勾结倭寇，陷害抗倭忠良，民愤沸天，国家陷于内忧外患之中。被害忠臣后人张若娴、朱铁桥结识了行侠仗义的武林高手杨天纵、郭问梅，他们自发组织民间抗倭武装力量，同倭寇、海盗及奸臣乱党，昏腐官兵展开一幕幕殊死搏斗。在残酷的对敌斗争中，他们逐渐成熟壮大，几个年轻人也结下了友情、爱情。最终，他们团结广大人民群众，揭穿了乱党的卖国行径，粉碎了倭寇侵略霸占我领土的野心阴谋，取得了抗倭斗争的胜利。
