简介: 第三季末尾，在与威尔福德打过交道后，雪国列车号和大爱丽丝号的旅行者发现他们之间出现了分歧，也许是因为莱顿和梅兰妮领导的两种生存方向之间的矛盾。火车分离三个月后，看似不可能的事情发生了：火箭发射，直冲云霄，然后坠毁了。九个月过去了，新伊甸园欣欣向荣。莱顿和其他市民修复栈桥，希望能够通过无线电联系到外界。作为新伊甸园的当选市长，露丝有一堆事情要处理，但一系列奇怪的停电让每个人再次陷入紧张情绪中。扎拉在救丽安娜的时候死了，莱顿发誓要为她报仇并救回丽安娜。九个月前，梅兰妮给本和蒂尔布置了巡查车外的任务，他们发现了将永远改变每个人生活轨迹的东西：幸存者。幸存者穿着军装，戴着印有奇怪动物标志的头盔，其中就包括了挟持丽安娜的人——老鼠。和他们一起的还有阿德米尔·米留斯，他此次前来是为了见到梅兰妮。米留斯和他的动物军团席卷了雪国列车号，梅拉妮为了市民与米留斯展开了新一轮战斗。
