简介: 在重庆的大街小巷，到处都可以看到一些手里拿着一根竹棒，两条绳子干着搬运活的民工，山城的人们根据他们的行头，把他们叫做“棒棒”。解放碑是重庆最繁华的地区，朝天门码头又是重庆最重要的货物集散地，因此从解放碑到朝天门码头地段是重庆货流量最大的地区，也成为“棒棒军”最活跃的地区。“棒棒”们靠着一根竹棒、两条绳索维持生计，他们等候在商场门口、车站旁边，挑着超过自己体重的货物，穿过车流，爬坡上坎，为自己的生计流着汗，为家人的希望拼着命，同时也远播着山城棒棒军的威名。
