简介: 咸丰年间，京城长发洋行老板高金榜，因他敢于伸张正义，而小有名气。哈尔滨常年饱受沙皇俄国与日本的侵略，当地百姓自发集资金钱购买先进的火枪，并推举于万力为代表前往京城洽购火枪。于万力在高金榜、龙成钢、文双儿及尤丝雅的多方设计协助下，最终带着火枪返回老家，而结伴行的四个好友均因这批火枪先后身亡。在经历了一系列变故之后，尤丝雅内心暗自对于万力敬佩及爱慕。后由于父亲尤明海从中破坏，最终也令于万力与尤丝雅这对恋人不能得以结合。尤明海和高金榜与龙成钢相互的依靠，并产生爱情。清政府军政日益衰弱，经营洋行货品贸易的长发洋行当然也不能幸免于难，高金榜也无当初繁荣之势。龙成钢眼见长发洋行生意一天不如一天，心急如焚。她不辞劳苦的多番将钱庄大客户推荐给高金榜。可是，自尊心让高金榜未能洞悉龙成钢美意，二人因此磨擦日增，为此龙成钢独自离开了京城，也离开了深爱着她的高金榜。多年后，黄沙吹送，芳华已逝，高金榜最终等到了心上人的归来。
