简介: 暗黑路基艾尔在引发的暗黑火花战争中用拥有让所有生物陷入时间停歇的暗黑波动将所有的奥特曼，怪兽和宇宙人变成人偶，后在突然出现的奥特曼银河导致两败俱伤，双方因能力用尽而进入沉睡状态。人偶变成流星降落到地球上，从外国回来的礼堂光命运般的被选中为奥特曼银河的继承者，同时暗黑路基艾尔正利用着人们心中的黑暗获得邪恶力量想要复活。礼堂光决定用银河火花的力量变身成奥特曼银河保护着大家。
