简介: 杜卓峰是东九龙交通部执法及管制组的督察，平日带领苏珊、汪大洋等下属，驾着电单车在路上巡逻，随时检控超速车辆，维持交通治安。原属警察关系科的警员贝心柔被调到杜卓峰麾下，冷若霜雪的杜卓峰对下属向来严厉、不苟言笑，贝心柔当然也逃不过杜卓峰的恶言斥责，可是干劲冲天的她没有介意，更经常向杜卓峰讨教，二人就这样建立起情如父女的微妙关系。杜卓峰的冷酷令同事不敢靠近，就连家人也无法忍受他严厉、固执的性格，其妻李淑桦和儿子也故意疏离他，他的家庭生活走向破碎边缘。
