简介: 新世纪公司总经理程纪州和联合国儿童保护基金会官员周琳的儿子程冬冬，因不堪忍受父母之间经常发生的家庭战争，便与舅舅周勇和周勇的恋人马丽，共同策划了一起假绑架案，程冬冬藏在了周勇和马丽的住处。而马丽从前的恋人刘权，得知这一情况后，既为了报复程纪州，又为了得到巨额赎金，与马丽沆瀣一气，串通绑匪宋万成上演了一出“苦肉计”：由宋万成出面，绑架程冬冬和马丽。当周勇得知刘权和马丽这一阴谋时，不但没有阻止，反而为了分得其中的200万元赎金，充当了宋万成、刘权和马丽的“帮凶”，共同对程纪州和周琳夫妇展开了一场惊心动魄的勒索敲诈。
