简介: 潜逃澳门的犯罪嫌疑人韦丙男，利用其外国护照以外籍华人的身份，在沿海城市海门进行一系列骗婚、骗钱等诈骗犯罪活动。韦丙男第一个诈骗对象是经营服装连锁业的杨青、杨红姐妹。他巧妙地利用姐妹俩感情上的争风吃醋，屡屡从中得利。与此同时，他的魔爪又伸向了另一个有权有钱的女处长。没想到这次韦丙男阴谋落空，女处长走投无路时以死了断。后来，一个叫方舟的导游和另一个叫田小可的记者均纳入他的诈骗网之中。韦丙男企图骗取田小可的婚姻，以达到定居巴西，继承田家祖业的目的。岂料，他的死敌李库特半途中杀出，让他的美梦再次破灭。在公安干警的帮助下，受骗女性终于识破了骗子的卑鄙伎俩。
