简介: 故事发生在上世纪80年代初，钟浩生长在人人艳羡的抚平钢厂“光荣大院”里，父亲钟守诚是厂里备受尊敬的“劳动模范”。省级劳模评选当口，钟守诚被师弟万智的相好寇蓉告发酒生无德耍流氓，又因为没有报废超龄车辆而造成了重大事故的责任人。钟守诚主动要求搬离“光荣大院”，积劳成疾、心气甚高的他没能扛住重压，给三个儿子只留下一句“一定要搬回光荣大院”便撒手人寰。因事故丧父的少女邹志娇的到来，使得钟家一波未平一波又起……当弟弟用生命擦拭父亲被玷污的名声，他一腔热血，也付出了成长的代价，只留下一个委屈的背影，钟浩早就变得脆弱了，他不计后果地把刀捅向了万虎豹，也把自己送进了深牢大狱。四年隔绝，喧嚣世界，时代在变，不变的是真诚和荣誉在钟浩心中的分量，他仍坚守传承自己父辈的精神家园，因怨忘却，无怨无悔，他当之无愧地从父辈手中接过了那永不褪色的旗帜。
