简介: 在位于海洋中间有一座小岛，岛上有着跟人类相同文化、文明和智商拟人化的食物人们，这座岛称为Food岛。FOOD超人带领着5位超人，每个超人都拥有不同能力来保护Food岛的镇民与环境，分别为最有正义感的FOOD超人、力气非常的大力烧饼、快如闪电的闪电油条、发明专家粽博士、最有爱心的心心水饺、温柔的厨师百变蛋饼，但自从苍蝇王和他的部下小强、蚊仔来到Food岛后，经常制造出脏乱环境、做一些捣蛋的事情，在剧中，苍蝇王时常制造破坏性道具来使用，却每次都自食其果，计划没成功反而害到了自己，所以Food超人把他们看成爱调皮捣蛋的人，而苍蝇王把Food超人看成死对头，在剧中可以看到许多两方有趣的互动。随着故事发展，苍蝇王每次都因自己的捣蛋而自作自受，使岛上发生许多趣事。
