简介: 蔡琬真（张钧甯饰）和男友沈浩介（何润东饰）交往多年，彼此之间感情十分要好。身为编辑的蔡琬真工作很是繁忙，巨大的职场压力下，她不得不将几乎全部的时间都放在了办公室之中。对于女友的忙碌，沈浩介十分理解，并给与了极大的支持，成为了蔡琬真最坚实的后盾。一只名叫拉里的小狗意外降临到了蔡琬真和沈浩介两人的生活之中，成为了家庭中的一份子，然而，真正能够陪伴拉里的却只有沈浩介，因为蔡琬真实在是太忙了。长此以往，蔡琬真和沈浩介之间的感情开始产生了裂痕，与此同时，拉里病了，它的生命时钟开始了倒计时，在此情况下，蔡琬真会做出怎样的选择呢？
