简介: 在上古时期，仙界的元始天尊和灵宝天尊为了发展自己的势力，各自成立了阐教和截教，并在人界传道布教，扶持代理人。很快，双方人马便爆发冲突，几千年来一直摩擦不断，终于在人界引起一场旷世大战，俗称“封神之战”。封神之战，阐教势力大获全胜，但是元始天尊的终极神器“打神鞭”却在战后销声匿迹，再无音讯。3000年后，“打神鞭”的下落重现于世，线索直指人间，为了找到“打神鞭”，阐教势力在人间成立了“特殊事件管理局”（特管局）。特管局的成立并没有表面看上去那么简单，似乎隐藏着巨大的阴谋。而截教的残余势力也成立了“造神研究所”，暗地里勾结妖界，研究人妖结合的终极力量，只为东山再起。《三魂纪》的故事序幕由此展开。
