简介: 第二次世界大战接近尾声，同时也到了战况最为惨烈的时节。德国纳粹节节败退，同盟国决定在欧洲开辟第二战场，而法国北部的诺曼底则成为新局开端的要冲所在。为此一群来自四面八方、南辕北辙的年轻人，自愿受训成为美军最新的一个兵种——空降兵，组建了101空降师506空降步兵团2营E连，在连长索柏上尉严厉苛刻的训练下，他们从一介毫无经验的平民百姓，成长为了美军最精锐的空降兵奔赴战场。在温斯特中尉的指挥下，战士们克服了各种不利因素，出色完成了登陆之战。在此之后，高密集度的战斗拉开了序幕，直到他们攻克了希特勒的最后一座堡垒——位于贝希特斯加登的大本营，日军终于投降，第二次世界大战结束了。兄弟连，正是一支属于平凡战士的颂歌和安魂曲。
