简介: 海青镇凤凰村年轻的大学生刘全发，为了改变家乡的贫穷面貌，立志要带领村民创业致富。刘全发的父亲刘小财不愿儿子当这个穷村官，极力阻拦。刘全发和女友高玲携手创业，刘小财和高玲的母亲张翠兰拼力阻挡。刘全发在女友高玲的支持下，大刀阔斧的整治村容村貌，招商引资，经过种种误会和坎坷仍矢志不渝，刘小财和张翠兰在俩年轻人的引导说服下，也认识到了自己的错误，转而大力支持他们创业。最后，刘全发在李镇长的支持下，招商引进了绿色茶园项目和绿色农业项目，凤凰村终于富裕了。父母和儿女以及其他几对恋人举行了集体婚礼，携手继续开创更美好的生活。
