简介: 春节将至，艾微商厦的保安员全回家过年去了，保安队副队长郑大水不得不拼命招人。一心想考学的尹方、在少林寺练过功夫的帅郭、成天做着明星梦的霍小鲵、王铁柱等人临时凑数成队，他们各怀心思，没有一个真正愿做保安。但在经历了一系列误解、委屈和挫折之后，特别是在感受到被包容、被信任、被需要的时刻，他们出于本能的自尊心和荣誉感被激发出来，开始尊重自己的工作、珍视自己的职业形象，也越来越团结友爱、互助互信。一个看似滥竽充数的保安队，几个各有缺陷的小保安，在工作中不断成长进步，屡创佳绩，赢得了各方的表彰和嘉许，终于实现了自己的人生价值。
