简介: 橘红、橘香、勤奋、勤力是同母异父、性格迥异的姐弟四人。母亲的意外去世让全家人的矛头都对准了橘红，本想一走了之的她最终还是决定留下来，承担起这个家庭的重担。她借钱送走上大学的勤奋，自己进城打工，从做餐厅服务、擦皮鞋、背背篓、摆夜市到创办公司竞标，经历了生活的艰辛。当一切慢慢好起来时，勤奋辞去农科所的工作回家乡种植柑橘，橘香又带着港商回来抢姐姐的生意，她对姐姐充满了敌意，要抢夺姐姐的爱情，抢夺属于她的一切。橘红和青梅竹马的路生，经历着感情和现实的抉择。而一直喜欢橘红默默支持她的养猪户猪司令，却始终走不进橘红的心里。最终，这个为弟弟妹妹付出多年的大姐赢得了亲人的理解，也拥有了自己的感情。
