简介: 蓝海医院院长周霖面对日益严重的医患矛盾，感觉有些倦意，尤其是蓝海医院被定为医疗改革试点单位后，更觉力不从心，卫生厅刘会计遭人谋杀，巨额回扣款丢失又将他卷入漩涡。令周霖欣慰的是两个得意门生：冷傲孤寂的李卫国，临床经验丰富，手术干净利落，外号“小李飞刀”，热情开朗的陆一鸣，剑桥学成归来，满怀抱负，锐意改革。面对医改这个重大课题是进行手术还是保守疗法，两位老同学的分歧暴露出来。周霖希望女儿周可馨嫁给陆一鸣，但周可馨却疯狂地爱上了李卫国。另一边，红包事件、毒大米事件、塌方事件，每天都上演着生与死的较量、智慧与阴谋的搏杀。
