简介: 该剧是共和国经济斗争历史的开篇之作。1949年初，解放战争已取得了决定性的胜利，治理国民党留下的烂摊子任务十分艰巨，尤其是长达十多年的通货膨胀和混乱的经济秩序。由周恩来提名，毛主席点将，陈云受命于危难之际，来到了全国的经济中心——上海，挑起了重整经济、发展生产的重任。然而，投机商的捣蛋、国民党的轰炸以及棉花、粮食暴涨卷起的“两白风暴”……使我党面临了严峻的考验。在这一历史关头，陈云同志显出了他的大智大勇的人格魅力以及“不唯上，不唯书，只唯实”的工作作风，为新中国在经济战线上打赢了一场看不见硝烟的战争。
