简介: 年过半百的管区民警李久平（李保田饰）不想刑警同行那样干些追拿要犯的惊天事迹，相反他常年游走在街头巷尾，协调管区百姓处理鸡毛蒜皮的琐事，小偷小摸都可以算作大案了。平常人一个的李久平日常里也有许多要操心的事，在理发店混日子的儿子李小山和同院儿当模特的齐艳艳相恋，当爹的自然极力反对。引以为傲的女儿李小文在小提琴演奏时，邂逅了多年前的老街坊马志高。做股票生意的马对小文大献殷勤，而他糟糕的经济状况也不可避免对小文产生影响。患脑血管梗塞的父亲李大山去世，孝子李久平哀伤不已，孩子们的爱情婚事更令他牵肠挂肚。小人物李久平，心中是一堆借酒也浇不透的愁事……
