简介: 俞州大学校财务室被劫，歹徒杀人逃逸。刑警队长卢真率反黑组成员紧急出动，初步查明这伙歹徒共有四至五人，抢劫后驾一辆捷达出租车离去。警方展开了紧锣密鼓的调查，通过走访分析了被杀的会计白一聪有引狼入室之嫌，于是通过他的女友找到了此案的关键人物，这个人就是黑社会团伙成员秃赵，秃赵供出此案系本市黑社会头号人物王永德所为，而此时，王永德又开始计划抢劫医院财务室。就在警方紧锣密鼓布控及追捕王永德及同伙时，市郊又发生一起凶杀案，本市另一黑社会头目薛良的得力干将被人杀害，是为了迷惑警方视线？还是黑社会之间黑吃黑？为了保护人民生命安全，使国家财产不再遭受损失，于是反黑组与黑社会之间的生死较量由此展开。
