简介: 一个宁静的夜晚，北海大蛇头郝立军组织了上百偷渡客趁着恶劣的气候实施偷渡，北海边防总队边境调查大队大队长杨滔获知情报，带领小分队在海上进行拦截，丧心病狂的蛇头来不及实施计划狠心将偷渡客推入海中，从而慌忙逃离。为了抢救偷渡客，杨滔等人只好暂时放弃追捕。十多个偷渡客被大海吞噬，这惨绝人寰的一幕更是激起了杨滔对蛇头的无比痛恨之情。由于蛇头和偷渡客都与北海有牵连，公安部指定北海边防总队侦破此案，并限时破案。杨滔临危受命，与其他成员组成专案组，全力侦察此案。一段惊心动魄的破案故事由此展开。
