简介: 八十年代初，武术世家苍松门三兄弟石润民、余铮、罗沧海。沧海恋人陆红雨怀孕早产，生下小华龙后离世。沧海误会余铮，不认华龙，与师兄弟结怨，愤然远走美国。二十年以后，沧海带着在美国收养的义子吴樾回国发展。罗沧海的秘书程丽利用吴樾，阻碍沧海、华龙父子相认，阴谋夺取沧海公司财产。阴谋败露，沧海气急大出血，生命垂危。华龙输血救了沧海，父子终于相认，苍松门三兄弟和好。华龙等人还顺利进入国家武术队，一起备战奥运。
