乾隆下江南

简介: 乾隆十六年，乾隆奉皇太后南巡到扬州，为体察民情，乾隆假扮商人撇下侍卫一人微服出访。在扬州最著名喝荤茶的一乐园茶楼，乾隆遇到只卖水的茶楼，在多嘴店小二的指点下，才知道原来扬州喝荤茶的茶楼卖的是各种小吃和酒水，唯独没有茶叶卖。乾隆只得去对面茶庄买茶叶。乾隆在品尝美食之时，偶尔看到茶楼下有位年青人手捧《春秋》守着菜摊，从店小二那得知年青人叫周日清，其叔是翰林院翰林，但为官清廉，退休后贫病交加。周日清每日卖菜糊口。正说着，遇到两官差来要捐钱，周日清交不出来。从店小二的嘴里得知，原来是叶洪昀在扬州假传圣旨设了邻捐局，凡是做生意的都要捐钱。
