简介: 一场突如其来的紧急任务，上级将护航编队的军医张渡航火速调上了海军医疗船“和平方舟”。执行任务时，张渡航和女军医路阳因医学理念不同导致水火不容。张渡航瞧不上过分理智冷静的路阳，而路阳也看不上出身“野路子”的张渡航。阴错阳差间，两人竟调到了一个部门，不得不硬着头皮处理各种紧急任务；商船遇险、跨国救灾、抗击病毒、海外反恐，在血与火的考验中，两人出生入死，献身使命，两颗心也越走越近，与“和平方舟”一起，为大力弘扬人道主义精神，广泛传播了“和谐世界、和谐海洋”理念，谱写了一曲当代中国海军的英雄赞歌。
