简介: 巨丰财务有限公司的创办人离世，其子马铁生接手公司，把高利贷生意越做越大。警察情报科对于巨丰财务以高年息放债一事早已记录在案，奈何一直未有实质证据，无法作出拘捕行动。情报科主管因病离世，警方高层张Sir将跟进巨丰财务的重任交予重案组主管黄一聪处理。黄一聪在处理情报科主管的遗物时，发现情报科曾派出一名卧底混入巨丰财务搜集罪证。另一方面，马铁生不择手段阻止警方调查，甚至不惜迫害巨丰的老臣子华叔……
