简介: 小女孩月儿出生在下岐村的船民家庭。在学校看到的、学到的，以及在海上生活所遭受的苦难，让月儿十分向往岸上的安定生活。一日，月儿邂逅了一条口吐人言的“怪鱼”，她竟是守护着当地自然生态的山海之灵！月儿给其取名圆圆，两人成了好友。月儿和圆圆都有着关于“家”的梦想：月儿想要把家搬到岸上，而圆圆则想要“寻回”自己的“家”。在圆圆的帮助下，月儿和班里的小豪、阿志等同学拉近了关系，成为了要好的朋友。他们联合附近的村民，一同帮助海洋学家刘富攻克了人工繁育大黄鱼技术，还阻止了富商海先生对大黄鱼“竭泽而渔”式的捕捞。最终，在政府的支持下，人工繁育大黄鱼技术得到了突破，下岐村的船民们也顺利地搬上了岸，开始学习和从事人工养殖大黄鱼，成功摆脱贫困，在岸上安居乐业。时间流转，随着越来越多的人参与到了人工养殖大黄鱼的行业中，海上的垃圾问题也亟需解决，一场“清海行动”随之拉开了序幕。
