简介: 本作的舞台设立在与现实有着微妙历史差异的现代日本，作品主要描绘七位“王”各自的执著，以及被卷入其中的少年的命运与异能者之间的战斗。 “赤之王”周防尊率领的吠舞罗与“青之王”宗像礼司率领的Scepter 4，因追赶某事件的嫌疑人——昵称为小白的少年伊佐那社而互相对立。但伊佐那社本人对该事件毫无记忆。什么都不知道的小白逃避着来自两个集团的追赶。而出现在此情况的小白面前的是，继承已逝的“无色之王”之遗志，身着黑服的高挑长发少年——夜刀神狗朗。与他的邂逅，小白的命运开始加速。
