简介: 文字出现两万多年前，人类就串起贝壳或兽骨，用来装饰自己。地球上从此有了最早的文明标记——珠宝。它是随身饰物，也是心灵图腾。小小珠宝，方寸毫厘间，纪录人类演进历程，凝聚世代文明结晶。三集纪录片《行走的图腾》，绕开珠宝所标注的人类世界兴衰衍替的宏大史实，转以中国一座南方小镇为起点，在全球范围，用切片的方式，循着人物个案，找寻珠宝在当下的现实线索，呈现珠宝与人、与世界的独特关联。
