简介: 玩具们敢怒不敢言，只有正直的“溜冰鞋”站出来坚决反抗，却被驱逐出去，无家可归。富有同情心的布娃娃不顾大牙狗的威胁与T恤猫的利诱，甘愿放弃大好前程，只身去找“溜冰鞋”。二人被好心的垃圾筒收留，总算有了安身之地。一天，“溜冰鞋”在灯桂上发现了一只不知何处断线飘来的风筝，上面还有一只顽皮可爱的伴伴龙。“溜冰鞋”、布娃娃和垃圾筒在一起商量决定：将风筝与伴伴龙送还给原来的主人。不料，此事被大牙狗与T恤猫发现，并从一本古书中得知了风筝的秘密——谁拥有它和伴伴龙便可以做神龙王国的皇帝。于是，围绕着风筝和伴伴龙在神龙王国里展开了一个有趣、曲折的故事……
