简介: 有一颗陨石落到涩谷后，从陨石中出现了不明宇宙生物异虫，它们变成人类的样子生活在城市中，不断杀害人类。为了消灭这些异虫，人类成立了一个秘密组织杰特，该组织开发出了假面骑士系统。某一天，杰特的实习队员加贺美新，遇到了一名古怪的男子天道总司，他称自己是“行天之道，总司一切的男人”。就在加贺美新以为自己能得到甲斗王变身器的认可时，变身器却飞向了天道总司，利用甲斗王变身器和腰带成功变身成假面骑士甲斗王的天道总司，他能否凭借自己的力量守护世界呢？而这一切的背后所隐藏的秘密又是什么呢？
