简介: 与异魔神作战的假面骑士欧兹遇到了乘坐时间列车电王号来到现代的新电王。异魔神逃往了1971年11月11日，幸太郎和泰迪追了过去，映司和安库也一同上了列车。在过去的时空里，幸太郎变身成新电王打倒了异魔神，然而谁都没有察觉到安库不小心弄丢了一枚细胞硬币。映司一行人回到了2011年4月1日，发现日本已经被邪恶集团修卡给统治了，而且修卡最强的改造人竟然是假面骑士1号和2号。原来历史会发生改变正是由于那枚丢失的硬币。修卡的科学家用核心硬币造出了修卡硬币，修卡硬币吸收了安库丢失的细胞硬币后，诞生出了强大的修卡贪欲者，他打败了假面骑士1号和2号，并给1号和2号洗脑，此后再无新的正义假面骑士出现。为了修复历史，消灭邪恶力量，时间列车再度驶往过去，映司则单独留在现代与怪人们作战，他们将一同保护假面骑士的历史。
