简介: 45年前，一位男人被邪恶的秘密组织修卡改造，从那一天以来，这名男人为了守护人类的自由持续战斗。他的名字是本乡猛，是在这个世界最初诞生的假面骑士。在海外长年与邪恶周旋的猛，因为查探到一名少女的危机而紧急回国。少女的存在对于使修卡最高干部的地狱大使复活所不可欠缺，此外亦与寻找著修卡盯上少女之原因的天空寺尊（假面骑士灵骑）及其同伴们相遇。
